Lean on Wellness provides professional, compassionate, and friendly in-home and/or remote personal training for seniors!

As seniors age, maintaining good health is essential, and working with a personal trainer can play an integral role.

We will come to your home and work with you one-on-one to design an exercise program to help you reduce the risk of falls, gain independence, and ward off the adverse physical effects of aging. As you progress toward your goals, we will increase the intensity, adjust modifications, or add new exercises.

Sessions are sold individually, in packs of 6 or 12, depending on your needs.

From providing chair yoga classes for seniors living at assisted living and memory care communities to leading exercise programs for seniors at country clubs and 55-and-over communities, our instructors will tailor a fitness program that best meets your needs to help you get where you need to be.
